Hello, Cougars!

I am the art teacher at Kingsway! I began teaching 33 years ago as an art teacher in Chicago. I have lived in Chicago, IL, and Milwaukee WI, and have been a Florida resident for over a year.  I have 3 grown children, a baby granddaughter, and 3 dogs.

I enjoy teaching art because it allows students to grow their imagination and creativity, both important traits for their future. We work in many mediums, such as paint, collage, drawing, clay, sculpture, and weaving so students get an idea of the opportunities and challenges of each.

I look forward to helping your students develop their "artistic side" and hope you enjoy the work that comes home!
