I received my AA degree From Miami-Dade College. I then moved onto Florida International University where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education. I also hold ESOL, Gifted, and Reading endorsements from the state of Florida. I was a paraprofessional while I was in college. In 2013 I was officially hired as a teacher and spent my whole career at one elementary school. I am new to KES this school year and so excited to join this wonderful community. Family time is my favorite time! My husband and I have two sons and two fur babies. I am also a foodie and love trying new cuisines, but my favorite food is pizza! I am a Miami native, so my favorite leisure activity is going to the beach. My favorite children's books are by author and cartoonist Dr. Seuss. My favorite writers are Ernest Hemingway, William Shakespeare, and Emily Dickinson. My favorite museum is the Louvre.
