Myname isCandice Welchman and I was born and raised in New York City. I moved to Charlotte County after graduating from SUNY Albany with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. I began working on my Master's Degree in Special Education while teaching Pre-K at Baker Center. After 4 years I came to Neil Armstrong Elementary School. This is my 15th year teaching here at Neil Armstrong and I can't imagine being anywhere else! Once a Positive ASTRO, always a Positive ASTRO!
